I am a certified birth doula and childbirth educator who is passionate about supporting families on the path of pregnancy and birth. I offer evidence-based education with love, advocacy and hope and am honored to be alongside you in your birth process.

I have had seven births of my own and my experiences were both simple and easy to complex and difficult, even traumatic. My experience impacts my doula work to bring compassion and empathy to the birth room.

I believe birth brings transformation, and I am no stranger to the personal growth that comes with each new baby. I believe that every birth can be met with anticipation and hope and that each is unique and special. I hold value in each birth to be physiological, hopeful and restorative.

I am a mother of 7 and a grandma of 10. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we enjoy family, farming einkorn and watching sunsets. I love baking for my family and Pilates class.
