I offer on-call labor support where I am on call for you from 38 weeks until your birth through text or phone. When the time comes, I will join you for doula support and stay with you until you meet your sweet baby and after until things are quiet and settled.
I look forward to meeting with you to talk about your upcoming birth. I offer three prenatal visits where we discuss your pregnancy and any hopes you have for this birth. During these visits we will create the birth plan specific to your desires and plan how my role fits into your birth team. I am available to help with evidence based resources to answer your questions and can help you by text, email.

I also offer one postpartum visit within 10 days after birth where we can revisit your birth story and talk about how you and baby are doing.

A single 60-minute session for mothers who need space to process a previous birth experience before deciding on next steps. We'll explore what happened, what it meant to you, and what you'd want to be different. No pressure, no agenda — just compassionate, informed listening.

For mothers who have their own birth support team in place but want deep, personalized preparation work. We'll build your birth preferences together, rehearse advocacy conversations with your provider, and make sure you walk in ready for any scenario.
